Adrian Feb 08. I am writing to pass on my appreciation of the communication and workmanship experienced during this process. The damaged pane was a resin design panel in the front door. As it was a unique design a copy needed to be made. I was always rung regarding suitable times for workman to do their job and found arrangements flexible and convenient.
The removal of the broken pane was done very neatly and effciently, temporary pane was put in place and then the new panel was fitted. Apart from depth of colour difference due to weathering the design was a perfect match and the disturbance to surrounding woodwork was minimal requiring very little touch-up.
I found this service both convenient and completed to a high level of workmanship. I will not hesitate to recommend your service should I hear of anyone needing such work done.

All the little things were done well, such as advising on glass types and prices for safety reasons, to puttying the nail holes in preparation for painting and supplying free glass cleaner.
