Ranchsliders
Ranchsliders should roll freely on the tracks and open and close with ease. If you notice that the door does not slide normally then you may have a broken roller.
It is advisable to attend to this problem quickly as the constant opening and closing will grind the aluminum and therefore wear away the guide that the door rolls on.
Aluminum Windows
It is recommended that aluminum windows are kept maintained. For example if rubber is lifting out of the frame then it is advisable to have the rubber replaced to help stop water entering the window frame and causing damage which in the long
run may cost you more money.
